When we walked in, the room just didn’t give that fresh, cleaned feeling. There was dust on the table, hair in the bathroom, and the floor felt kind of sticky. Maybe it’s a small thing, but once I notice stuff like that, my brain immediately assumes the rest of the room wasn’t cleaned well either. The staff was fine, but it took away from the whole stay

We stayed here as a family, and to be honest, it just didn’t feel like a good fit for kids. There wasn’t much to keep them entertained, and the whole atmosphere felt more geared toward adults than families. We kept hoping there would be a bit more for them to do, but we ended up having to leave the hotel most days just to keep them occupied.

The staff were polite enough, but anytime we asked about simple things for the kids, it felt like we got brushed off with “that’s just the policy” type answers instead of any real help. I get that places have rules, but it was frustrating when we were just trying to make the stay easier with children. Definitely not somewhere I’d book again for a family trip.

The room was comfortable and nice and quiet, so I slept good. The bed felt nice too. Only thing is, the pillows could’ve been a little better.

Booking was simple, and check-in was actually quick, which was great because I was definitely totally calm and not impatient at all. The staff were helpful, my reservation was all set, and I got to my room without much waiting. Overall, a nice and easy start to the trip.

We stayed at Metropolis Resort mostly because the location seemed convenient, and it ended up being pretty much exactly that. It was easy to get to nearby shops and places to eat without having to spend a ton of time driving around.
Parking was also simple, which I always appreciate when I’m staying somewhere new. We never felt like we were stuck way out of the way or had to plan everything around getting in and out.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the area can get a little busy at times. But overall the location worked really well for us and made the trip easier

The staff were friendly enough, and everyone was polite, but it did feel like service took longer than it should have. I don’t want to be harsh, but it kind of seemed like we weren’t a priority at times

We stayed here for a short break and overall it was easygoing. The room was clean enough, nothing fancy, and the staff we dealt with were friendly. The location ended up being convenient for what we had planned, which helped a lot. There were a few little things that could’ve been better, but nothing that really spoiled the stay. After thinking about it, for what we paid, it felt like a solid deal.

I ate at the resort a few times during my stay, and overall... it was good. Breakfast had a decent amount of options, and the coffee was actually solid, which was the main thing I cared about in the morning.

Dinner was good too, especially the grilled items. The only downside was that service could get a bit slow when the place was busy, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I still enjoyed the meals and would eat there again

The place was clean when I was there, and anything that needed fixing seemed to get handled quick. I figure if stuff gets fixed fast, then they must be keeping everything up good overall

The second we got to the water park, I knew it was going to be a win. The kids were obsessed right away, and we all ended up having a blast.
